Simple by design
What doesn’t earn points.
The model rewards committed capital and time—not activity for activity’s sake.
points=balance×time×multiple
Volume
Points accrue as balance × time. Trading in and out adds nothing.
Wallet-splitting
Accrual is linear, so splitting a balance earns exactly the same. Moving it to a fresh wallet restarts the ramp and only lowers future points.
Size
Every unit earns the same per-unit rate. Position type and holding time set the rate, never the amount.

What points are not.
Points are not a token, a security, a yield, or a claim on one. Nothing here promises conversion to any asset, and no conversion rate, date or allocation exists. Any future use would be discretionary and subject to securities-counsel review.
